My favourite part of recruitment is speaking to and work with my clients and candidates on fantastic new and interesting projects that vary in size and complexity. Sometimes a project can look simple to the untrained eye but the work and planning that has gone into it from the ground up is amazing.

I’m a father to two fantastic sons, both are very sporty so my weekends tend to be taken up with either football or rugby matches with tennis thrown in over the summer as well. I did coach my son’s football team in the central Warwickshire league for a season fancying myself as the next Pep Guadiola.
