Required skills:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within new build housing
• In depth understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC and health and safety regulations in the industry
• Understanding and experience using relevant IT systems and proficient with MS Office
• COINS experience (desired)
• QS Degree or equivalent qualifications relating to the industry
• Comfortable managing internal and external clients within a commercial environment
• Strong relationship building skills
