Thorn Baker are working with an Award winning Housing Developer who are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Exeter as a result of growth and expansion in 2024. This is a perfect opportunity for a Trainee QS to step up into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the housing or residential sector.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC and health and safety regulations in the industry.
• Understanding and experience using relevant IT systems and proficient with MS Office.
• COINS experience desired.
• Comfortable managing internal and external clients within a commercial environment.
• Strong relationship building skills.
