Role: Assistant Site Manager

Location: Sheffield

Duration: Permanent  

Company: A growing House Builder and Award-Winning business. They are looking to expand the team this year and take on an Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a passion for building high quality homes.

The Role:

• Overall responsible for the site alongside Site Manager

• Temporary Works Co-ordinator

• Passionate about producing quality homes with excellent attention to detail to ensure a high standard of finish

• Liaising with customers throughout to maintain a smooth customer journey

• Carry out familiarisation visits with customers and 7/28 day defects visits

• Liaising with Sales throughout the build

• Dealing with service providers

• Arranging project meetings with contractors

• Participating in Contract meetings

• Managing relationships with HA

• Coordinating trades and labour ensuring high standards adhered to by all

• Dealing with wages

• Ordering and monitoring materials

• Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements and checking those from contractors

• Adhering to strict budget restraints, deadlines and build programme

• Working to the NHBC regulations

• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures & code of conduct

Required:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
