Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

An Award Winning Housing Developer who specialise in Social Housing projects have a brand new site starting up in Wiltshire and are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work alongside an NHBC Award Winning Senior Site Manager. 

The development consists of 55 traditional build homes for a H.A. client.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the Site Manager in the planning and programming of site activities ensuring the work is completed in a safe manner, and deputise for the Site Manager where necessary and managing quality standards.

What we need from you:

- 3+ years experience in new build housing
- Social Housing experience (desired)
- Worked on an NHBC Pride in the Job Winning site (desired)
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Full UK Driving License
