An opportunity is on the cards for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading PLC house builder based in the Nottingham area. Notorious for their 5-star quality house building methods, they are looking for a reputable individual to be a part of a top-quality team and work on a number of new sites in and around the area.

The Role:

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will do the following:

• Assist the Site Manager with on site duties
• Work within tight deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time
• Liaise with team and report back to Site Manager
• Be motivated and open to learning new procedures
• Be mindful of on-site activity and spot daily issues/problems

About you:

• Experience in a similar role
• Traditional / Timber frame new build housing experience
• Advanced with Microsoft packages and snagging software
• 2+ years’ experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving License
