Are you an ambitious and hard-working Assistant Site Manager who is looking to work for a Leading housing developer?

This established and award-winning company have new developments starting up in the West Midlands and expanding their team.

 

The Role:

  • Overseeing a brand new traditional build housing development, directly reporting in to the Site Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • Passionate about customer care and retaining their 5 star HBF score.

 

About You:

  • 1+ years experience as an Assistant Site Manager overseeing a traditional build development - permanent employment 
  • SSSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • NVQ Level 4 or Equivalent
  • Good Commercial awareness
  • Full UK Driving License
