Salary: Negotiable to £50,000 per annum + package
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with previous experience of generating new business within the offsite sector to join a leading provider of timber frame homes and structural solutions as Business Development Manager.
They are a dynamic, friendly, and motivated team who offer one of the most sustainable timber frame solutions in the construction industry.
Reporting to the Sales director, you will be responsible for the expansion of the business across the Southeast.
Your focus will be to generate business revenue from a combination of new business development and managing existing clients within your agreed area.
You will have input into business development strategies, with overall responsibility for generating sales revenues from a mixture of house builders and main contractor across the Southeast of England.
Previous field sales experience, selling timber frame or an offsite solution
Strong history of achieving sales budgets
Excellent communication skills
Confident individual, able to build strong working relationships
Strong Negotiation skills
Self-starter with excellent organisation skills
