A Prestigious & Quality focused House Builder are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their East Midlands office. Renowned in the industry for their Award Winning developments, they are experiencing exciting growth this year and are looking to expand their commercial team.

If you are an experienced Senior QS looking for a step up, this could be the perfect progression opportunity!

The role: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Commercial Operations for the business with the assistance of the Regional Commercial Team and support the Regional Operations Director and Commercial Director with implementation of the Commercial Strategy.

About You:

• Commercial Management experience OR extensive Senior QS experience within new build housing 

• QS degree or equivalent qualification

• Good with IT - COINS experience NOT needed

• Full UK Driving License
