The role will cover all aspects of cost management throughout the whole project lifecycle from initial inception / business case through to completion / commissioning. The role also provides the opportunity to support the growth of the business and management / development of team members within the London area.

Duties include:

• Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion
• Achieve the highest standards of professional competence
• Drive performance standards and technical excellence through communication and effective use of the performance management process
• Maintain and develop good relationships with clients
• Actively support the internal team and manage more junior staff on technically complex projects
• Develop marketing opportunities

Skills / experience required:

• Experience and strong track record in the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying field, ideally working on large scale projects
• Good working knowledge of NEC4 suite of contracts
• Experience of working within a client organization, either directly or through a secondment arrangement would be of benefit
• Ability to identify and influence key client stakeholders, building effective relationships to grow workload / portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent); Accredited to MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards
