Trainer Assessor - Construction

Location: Suffolk/Cambridge | Hybrid/Remote Working | Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package

Our award-winning construction client is seeking a qualified Trainer Assessor to join their team. In this role, you will deliver training and accreditation for the company's training academy, working closely with senior management to provide exceptional training and assessment for both internal and external construction professionals. 

Our client is a CITB approved training organisation, and has secured a large funding grant for 2023/24. Experience in delivering training and a relevant assessment qualification is essential for this role.

What you will deliver:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules in various construction disciplines, including SSSTS, NVQ, and Site Safety Plus
• Conduct interactive training sessions that combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience
• Create and update training materials, resources, and assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training programmes based on industry trends and advancements
