Job title: Contracts Manager - Retail Fit Out 

Location: HQ based in Southport

Salary: Negotiable £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

The Role:

Reporting into the Contracts Director, you will lead and direct the site teams for project values typically from £100k- £1m within fast-track environment. Duties will include:

• Organising and coordinating the work of other staff and smaller teams
• Confidently representing the company in the normal project team environment
• Develop the project from the brief
• Responsible for the day to day running of the contract
• Maintaining control of allocated resources
• Attending scope, pre-start, and project progress meetings
• Liaison with other business departments
• Liaise with and report to the client’s representative on all project and account issues

About you:

Minimum 3 years’ contract management experience within the shopfitting sector working with a principal contractor

Fast track retail fit out and refurbishment experience

Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at any one time

Experience working on project values up to £1M

Black CSCS, SMSTS & Health and Safety

Proficient with Microsoft Projects
