The Role:

As a Contracts Manager, duties will include:

• Preparing and coordinating work of other staff and smaller teams
• Being a confident and reputable figure for the company
• Ability to make developments to the project
• Day-to-day duties of the ongoing contract
• Liaise with client’s and report on site activities
• See the contract out from predevelopment stage right up until the end
• Engage in meetings throughout all stages of the projects

About you:

• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in refurbishment, fit out, shopfitting
• Open to travelling on site and to head office
• Ability to manage workload without supervision
• Black CSCS, SMSTS
• Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager
• IT illiterate
