Job Title:Contracts Manager

Thorn Baker's Award-Winning Modular Specialist client with over 65 years of experience is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage and oversee the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of multiple installs/uplifts through effective management of Site Managers and support staff.

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director.

About you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organisedmind, strong planning skills
  • PC literate

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Black CSCS card
  • SMSTS qualified
  • HNC/D diploma in construction and built environment minimum preferred.
  • Strong industry background with a working knowledge of modular build
  • Proven experience of current HSE site legislation
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain projects from post order and pre-construction phase through to completion of works.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and site management to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate and detailedrecords on items that cause delay, disruption, and other costs to the business.

Key skills: SMSTS, CSCS, modular, offsite, MMC, construction, refurbishment
