A Prestigious Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Peterborough/Lincolnshire area and oversee 2 to 3 brand new developments.

This renowned builder is known for their high-end builds and top-quality standards. With exciting expansion plans in 2024, they are looking to hire an additional Contracts Manager to drive their growth.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression, with development and training available from day one.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage 2 to 3 new traditional new build housing projects
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 in a relevant field
• Full UK Driving Licence

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and NHBC / LABC
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
