This is a housing developer with an established a hard-earned reputation for delivery, quality, and sector Knowledge, recognised as an innovative and collaborative industry leader.

You will be joining a business that works closely with governmental bodies, housing associations and local authorities throughout the country, focused on creating as many new homes as possible to help with the UK housing shortage.

The Role:

As our Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a professional service to customers. You will be dealing with customer concerns received by telephone or written communication, co-ordinating and administering all activities in a timely and professional manner whilst delivering the company’s commitment to the customer journey.

About you:

Previous experience working for a residential house builder ideally within a customer facing environment

Good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations beneficial

5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English

Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

Polite, tactful, and assertive attitude

Good planning and organisations skills

Problem solving and decision-making skills

Patience and calmness under pressure

NVQ levels 3 & 4 in customer services highly desirable
