Title:  Customr Service Coordinator  

Location:  Chertsey, Surrey

Rate:  £111 per day - 37.50 hours per week  

Duration: 4 weeks - Potential permanent opportunity 

A 5 star award-winning National house builder are looking for a Customr Service Coordinator to provide a coordinated approach to the delivery of Customer Service to both the internal and external customers. Reporting to the head of customer service, you will be the first port of call for their customers. 

The Role:

  • Receive and log all inbound communication via email / phone 
  • Arrange appointments and prioritise follow up to emergencies 
  • Create and distribute work orders for defects 
  • Make welcome and courtesy calls to customers providing regular updates 
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to provide a comprehensive response to general customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support as and when required

About You:

  • Customer service experience essential 
  • Good communicator both verbally and in writing 
  • Adapt communication style to audience 
  • Pioritise and organise tasks in order of importance
  • Able to work in a fast moving and pressurised environment at times
