An opportunity has arisen for a detailed orientated individual to join a market leader in the Offsite Construction sector. This flexible and very-well established employer has completed numerous prestigious projects across the UK in a variety of sectors and is continuing to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Modular Hire Design Manager to join an established and collaborative team who are fortunate enough to work on some of the best project in the sector.  This position is varied and will keep you interested every day due to the exciting future plans.

• Design management experience.
• AutoCad experienced.
• Commercially aware.
• Modular build and traditional build knowledge essential.
• Good communication skills.

The Role:

• To ensure Products and Projects are designed and built to conform to all client and regulatory requirements.
• Produce required production design drawings and information for the factory/site to build the project as required. Check other designer's drawings & details
• Produce and maintain standard details & specifications
• Maintain and design processes in line with Company QA systems.
• Support the Technical Manger as required
