Traditionally working on new build and refurbishment works across the UK and boasting over 30 years in the business they have a proud reputation for reliability and quality. About you:

• Strong multitasker, excellent planning & organisation skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Dynamic & innovative, able to work on own initiative.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Estimators to process enquiries from small works up to £10 million, producing timely and accurate estimates.
• Visiting clients and surveying works.
• Have a strong understanding of client needs & restrictions.
• Present tender bids for adjudication and produce RFI's.

Required Skills:

• HNC qualification or above desirable, but not essential.
• Extended experience as an Estimator in construction.
• Able to understand 2D and 3D drawings.
• Good working knowledge of SMM7/NRM.
• Knowledge of Causeway estimating software package and Microsoft Project (or similar programmes) desirable.
