Location: Lechlade, Gloucestershire

Job type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable to £30,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join a well- established business specialising in the construction of bespoke, luxury, lakeside properties.

When you join this business, you will be based at an exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswolds.

You will be part of a high performing team, that are truly passionate about what they do.

The Role:

As Commercial Administrator, you will be a key support to the Construction Director, assisting with commercial administration for new construction projects. Main duties & responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with all commercial aspects
  • Processing orders across all projects
  • Assistance with monthly reporting procedures
  • Scheduling data for management information
  • Updating and maintaining records and associated tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supporting finance and dealing with supplier queries
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About you:

Previous construction industry experience in and administrative capacity

Good knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel

Confident to communicate effectively at all levels

Organised, meticulous with an eye for detail with a right first-time approach

Able to prioritises workload and work independently

Effective multi-tasking skills

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team

Full UK driving license
