Job Title:  Freelance Project Manager (Outside IR35)

Location: Essex

Rate: £Flexible to attract

Company:

One of the UK's leading modular contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team throughout the UK. This company has seen significant growth, profit and investment over the last 12 months and are in an incredibly strong position in the market.  Projects are predominantly across the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, with values between £500k and £15 million.  You will be working on a School project based in the Essex area

The Role: 

• Liaising with factory, operational, designers and site managers
• Ensuring the project is installed on time and within budget
• Liaising with the client where appropriate
• Managing all health and safety
• Managing all directly employed and subcontract labour.

About You:

• Managers CSCS card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experience working on Modular or SIPs projects as a Project Manager
• Be happy to work away Monday - Friday
