Job title: Housing Finishing Foreman

The company:

A Leading PLC House Builder are looking for a multi-skilled tradesman to join their West Midlands team as a Finishing Foreman.  

The Role:

As a Finishing Foreman you will be working on-site and assist the Site Management team with the snagging and finish of the houses.

• Working alongside Site Manager on various housing sites across the West Midlands
• Ensure construction project is finished on time and within budget
• Maintaining the high standards of work and finishing required
• Management of Health & Safety whilst on site - Conducting Tool Box Talks and ensuring compliance with company H&S and environmental policy
• Producing and working to snagging lists
• Organising trades and labour
• Adhering to relevant safety regulations 
• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

About you:

Multi-trade background essential

Exceptional attention to detail

CSCS card

Housing construction background

Experienced with snagging

Desired:

SSSTS/SMSTS

Based in West Midlands

Experience with PLC House Builder

Carpentry / Finishing foreman background
