An opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable building company known for their excellence in a range of sectors with 50 years+ working to the highest of standards. The client offers to help build upon your current portfolio with the chance to branch out into new and exciting projects. They are now looking for a M&E Coordinator to deliver several of these projects in the Cardiff area.

The Role:

As a M&E Coordinator, you will do the following:

• Preparing M&E tenders and bids
• Liaising with site teams
• Reporting to operations manager
• Site point of contact for M&E knowledge and expertise

About you:

• Ability to coordinate projects within M&E specifications
• Excellent M&E knowledge and expertise
• Able to communicate effectively within a team
• Reliable and trustworthy individual
• High quality performer with a reputable background
