Thorn Baker's first-class construction and refurbishment client is looking for a temporary Project Manager to join their 11-storey student accommodation conversion project starting in August and lasting 12 months. Must have experience managing projects over £8m.

About You:

• Black CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong internals experience
• Knowledge of M&E advantageous

Key Skills:  SMSTS, CSCS, Project Manager, Refurb, Refurbishment, and fit-out.
