Project manager Data Centres / Building Services / London

As one of our client's Project Managers, you'll play a central role in delivering high-quality expertise that positively impacts society, the economy, and the environment. Enjoy opportunities across the infrastructure or utility sectors, lead smaller projects, or assist on major ones. The ideal candidate would have prior NEC or contractor experience and commercial project experience within Real Estate or Data Centres.

Responsibilities

  •  Deliver high-quality project and programme management standards.

  •  Advise your client at any time on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.

  •  Assist in leading and managing multi-disciplinary professional teams.

  •  Support communications and relationships with your client and their stakeholders.

  •  Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.

  •  Implement effective and efficient communication tools.

 Role Requirements

  •  Experience assisting in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary or contracting team.

  •  Willingness to adopt best-practice Project Management techniques.

  •  The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.

  •  A desire to work towards an RICS Accreditation or similar Project Management Qualification.
