Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning modular building company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. The job:

• Prepare construction phase HSE plans/RAMS
• Prepare site layout
• Pre start meetings with client/main contractor
• Manage stakeholder expectations are managed throughout
• Ensure project is on programme with adequate resource levels
• Ensure post delivery quality inspection is done and reported back
• Ensure all site records are kept up to date

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• High level of written and verbal communication
• HNC/D in construction and built environment preferred
• Strong construction background with knowledge of modular build
