Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning house building company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their career to the next level for a reputable company who offers rewarding careers with professional training and excellent prospects for development.

You will be overseeing two phases of a brand new traditional housing developments in the Peterborough area and directly managing Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Trainee's.

About you:

• Proven experience in a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager role for a Housing Developer
• High level of written and verbal communication
• NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong construction background with knowledge of Housing and NHBC
