Thorn Baker are working with a leading modular building and construction company who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. The job:

• Report and pro-actively identify improvements to our process
• Managing projects and programmes throughout
• Manage stakeholder expectations are managed throughout
• Ensuring that all materials and labour is scheduled for the project stages
• Liaise between quality/design for problem resolutions
• Ensure all site records are kept up to date

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar position
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Well organised and a keen eye for detail
• Strong people and leadership skills
• Strong construction background with knowledge of modular build or fit out work
