This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career at one of the UK leading house builders, with promotion to Senior QS possible within 12 months.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge/Experience working for house builders
• COINS experience
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in a QS position
