Job title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Gloucestershire – Cirecester, Malmesbury, Gloucester,Stroud, Cheltenham, Burford, Farringdon, Swindon

Job type: Permanent  

Salary: Negotiable to £70,000 per annum plus package

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor with particular expertise working on heritage and high end residential projects.

This is a business that are truly passionate about what they do, offering their clients high quality craftsmanship and professional management, covering new build, refurbishment and restoration as well as expertise in listed buildings.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team environment, that is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

As quantity surveyor, you will be providing commercial support on bespoke residential projects, from planning through to completion.

About you:

Experienced Quantity surveyor within the Heritage or high end residential sector

Previous contracts management experience

Degree in Quantity Surveying

Strong numerical skills

Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills

Able to use MS office packages
