Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our OCP team or Trades Team. OCP specialise in the recruitment of construction professionals on a permanent and temporary basis throughout the UK, whilst the trades team cover Trades and Labour across the South and Southwest

About you

1. Sales or recruitment experience

2. Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with clients and candidates

3. Experience with B2B sales (desired)

4. Real passion for the sector

5. Great attitude and positive mind-set

6. Team player
