Job title: Revit Technician

Location:  Bristol

Salary / Rate: £26k - £32k

This company are leaders in the design, specification and selection of off-site modular systems, delivering higher performing buildings that are elegantly made, and economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable, throughout the UK and worldwide.

The candidate:

• Experience of BIM Level 2 Standard in Revit, Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA), and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) essential.

• Good working knowledge of Building Regulation Approved Documents, British and European Standards, Codes of Practice, BIM procedures.
• Experience working on complex and large-scale projects.
• Working knowledge of latest version of AutoCAD and Office 365.
• Architectural / Environmental Design / Engineering degree or equivalent.
