Job title: Sales Advisor

Location: Nuneaton / Coventry

Type: Permanent, full time Thursday to Monday

A Leading Property Developer who are renowned for building high quality homes are recruiting for a Sales Advisor in the Nuneaton area.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the sales arena for your development which includes all communication with customers. 
• Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines. 
• Undertake new home inspections ensuring any issues are flagged with the site management team and resolved prior to move in, introduces the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ‘after care’ of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
