Salary: Negotiable to £50,000 plus package
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading housing developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 50 years. This is a business that is proud to hold a well-regarded capability for delivering award-winning developments, recognised by the NHBC and industry-leading Commercial, Design and Customer Service bodies.
As Sales Manager you will oversee several new housing developments, with the responsibility to drive sales in accordance with company objectives. You will be joining a growing region where you will have the opportunity to make a great impact within a highly successful team.
You will be collaborating with the wider sales team on budgets, land valuations, and marketing, helping to devise effective strategies as well as contributing to the production of marketing collateral.
Previous experience in a Sales Manager with the housebuilding sector
Extensive knowledge of the new homes market in the Midlands region
Strong Knowledge of NHBC
Extensive experience selling new building homes off plan
Previous experience leading a team
Understanding of marketing strategies within a housebuilding environment
Excellent IT skills
