Thorn Baker are working with an Award winning Housing Developer who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bristol as a result of growth and new developments starting inJanuary 2024.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the housing or residential sector.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC and health and safety regulations in the industry
• Proficient with Ms Office, Excel, Outlook, Word & COINS
• Comfortable managing internal and external clients within a commercial environment
• Strong relationship building skills
