Thorn Baker are working with a growing award winning residential developer who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North West.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to progress their career further with a supportive family run business.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced QS or Senior QS - house building background
• Overseen new build housing projects
• HNC / degree or equivalent
• COINS experience desired
