Job title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Negotiable to £60,000 per annum DOE

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting. 

About you:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor, ideally obtained with a volume housing developer

Previous experience using COINS

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

Commercially Astute with strong numerical skills

Strong team player  

Problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills
