Are you an experienced Housing Site Manager looking for a step up to Senior Site Manager position?

The Role:

• As a Site Manager you will be the appointed person to lead a new phase on a traditional build development in Nottingham.
• You will the ensure safe, timely, and high-quality completion of the project.

About You:

•  Minimum 2+ years as a Housing Site Manager
• Overseen traditional new build housing sites
• Excellent communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• NVQ Level 6 or Equivalent
• Strong Commercial awareness
