An award-winning housing developer is currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join their team in Essex.

The Role:

• Overseeing a brand new phase on a traditional housing development, directly reporting in to the Contracts Manager.
• Passionate about customer care and retaining their 5 star HBF score.
• Quality focused, pushing for PITJ 2024.

About You:

• 3+ years experience as a Site Manager overseeing new build housing developments
• Worked for PLC house builders
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Passionate about Quality
• Customer focused
• Good Commercial awareness
• Full UK Driving License
