Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Thorn Baker's award-winning client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team in Bristol. They provide outstanding permanent and temporary healthcare facilities for the NHS and independent healthcare sector to enhance staff and patient experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
• Liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
• Identify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
• Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and take ensure any issues are corrected immediately.

Required Skills:

• NVQ Level 6, BTEC diploma in Building Construction, or a similar qualification.
• Experienced in the day-to-day running of a construction site with up to 150 operatives working on the site.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and all other relevant tickets.
• Confident in managing H&S and site paperwork, permits, RAMS, quality assessments etc.
• Full UK driving licence
• Computer literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
