Job Title- Section Lead / Site Agent (Civils/Rail)

Our client is looking for a Section Lead / Site Agent to work on a long term, major framework in the rail sector. delivering large civil engineering bias projects across the South West region

The successful candidate will benefit from a generous remuneration package and have the stability and consistency provided by a long-term regional framework.

As Section Lead / Site Agent you will:

• Be responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of the team.
• Be responsible for compliance with health and safety and environmental legislation.
• Actively participate in quality surveillance
• Partake in planning and programming activities.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

• A good level of experience in civil engineering within the rail sector and workforce supervision including drainage, infrastructure and earthworks.
• Effective team management, leadership and influencing skills to get the best from everyone.
• Experience of working on NEC suite of contracts
• Valid PTS, SMSTS and CSCS as a minimum
