Salary: 55,000- £65,000

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a leading housing developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 50 years. The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be reporting into the Build Manager, and will be responsible for accurate and cost-effective planning of developments sites of up to 100 units+.

You will be responsible for gaining a detailed understanding of the technical site and design requirements, identifying, and onboarding suitable sub-contractors and ensure construction materials are resourced and stored safely and correctly on the site.

About you:

Site Management experience with a housebuilder

Able to manage multiple subcontractors on site

Commercially and financially aware with strong negotiation skills

Excellent communication with people management skills

Health and Safety focused

SMSTS

CSCS
