The company:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a freelance Site Manager to join a bespoke joinery contractor alongside the main contractor for the finest homes based in Central London. This role will include working for one of the top joinery manufacturers in the high-end residential market. Therefore, reliability, credibility and quality are essential.

Work begins from September 2022 for a 6-month period.

About you:

• Site Management experience with a heritage and/or high-end refurb
• Joinery background preferred
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Able to manage a team professionally and effectively
• Commercially and financially aware with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication with people management skills
• Health and Safety focused
