Title: Site Manager  

Salary: £40,000 / £45,000 + package

A privately owned firm established over 25 years ago are seeking an experienced Site Manager who will be responsible for sites ranging in value from £50K – £2.5m for various project duration periods. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who have an excellent reputation for construction, development and property maintenance in the UK. 

About You:

• Broad knowledge of Construction management 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with interior fit-out works would be advantageous 
• Maintaining high H&S standards 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card 
• First Aid
• Full UK driving licence - Travel required across South of England and Wales
