The Company:

A very well respected high end property developer, with and exceptional order book going well into 2024 are now on the look out for two experienced site managers for their prestigious project work.  This company pride themselves on the high quality workmanship which has help them develop and loyal and strong client base.  They cover new build, refurbishment and restoration projects specialising in listed buildings and high-end residential across the South West and the Cotswolds.

The Role:

You will be the number one Site Manager, running the project from inception to completion and managing a team of skilled craftsmen ensuring the project maintains the high level of quality this company in known for. 

About You:

• High end housing experience is essential  
• Good eye for detail and quality
• Ambitious and driven
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Full UK Driving License
