An opportunity is on the cards for a Site Manager to join a leading PLC house builder based in the Peterborough area. Notorious for their 5-star quality house building methods, they are looking for a reputable individual to lead a team of top-quality workers on various new sites in and around the area.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will do the following:

• Use previous management skills to lead a team
• Work within tight deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time
• Be a professional and knowledgeable point of contact
• Motivate and communicate with team effectively

About you:

• Experience in managing a team
• Traditional / Timber frame new build housing experience
• Advanced with Microsoft packages and snagging software
• 2+ years’ experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Full UK Driving License
