A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a multi-award-winning PLC house builder based in Kent. Well-known for their excellence in the delivery of many top-quality projects in the UK, they are looking for an individual who brings expertise to their astonishing work.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will do the following:

• Overall responsible for site
• Temporary works co-ordinator
• Passionate about producing quality homes with excellent attention to detail to ensure a high standard of finish
• Liaising with customers throughout to maintain a smooth customer journey
• Familiarisation visits with customers and day defects visits
• Liaising with sales throughout build
• Dealing with service providers
• Arranging project meetings with contractors
• Participating in contract meetings
• Managing relationships with Housing Authorities
• Co-ordinating trades and labour ensuring a high standard
• Dealing with wages
• Ordering and monitoring materials
• Preparing risk assessments and method statements and checking those from contractors
• Adhering to strict budget restraints, deadlines and build programme
• Working to NHBC regulations
• Managing Health and Safety

About you:

• New build housing experience working as a Site Manager
• From a high-volume housing background
• 1+ years’ experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Full UK Driving License
