Job Title: Site Manager
Location: West Midlands 

Thorn Baker's industry-leading client is looking for a Site Manager to join their regional Construction team.  You will be overseeing a housing development in the Telford area and have additional support from an Assistant Site Manager.

As the backbone of any build process, you will be responsible for the management and control of your development directly under the Contracts Manager. You will strive to achieve high standards of construction, ensuring consistency in quality of build, safety standards, and communication across the business.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years experience as a Site Manager on a traditional build Housing Site 
• Detailed knowledge of the House building and construction trade 
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
• Full UK Driver's License.
