Summary

Due to unprecedented growth and a packed order book for the next 5 years Thorn Baker's client is recruiting several new staff members to join their thriving civil engineering business based around the South West region.

This vacancy is for a Sub Agent to be based in the Devon / Cornwall region. The successful candidate will be looking after a standalone, civil engineering project consisting largely of RC structures, infrastructure and general civils works.

As Sub Agent you will:

• Partake in the day-to-day leadership and management including the supervision and monitoring of the site team and sub-contractors.
• Manage packages of work in conjunction with the commercial team
• Assist the Project Manager to administer the cost forecast, valuation and reporting systems.
• Ensuring and maintaining strict quality control procedures

Thorn Baker's client is looking for someone with

• Experience in the delivery of similar civil engineering bias projects
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• SMSTS, CSCS, 1^st Aid
