Salary / Rate: Negotiable to £60,000 per annum plus benefits 

The company:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Manager to join an innovative Manufacturer of modular homes, offering turnkey solutions to housing providers, with focus on delivering high quality to their clients.

You will be joining an experienced, friendly and supportive team environment, with a vision to provide eco-friendly, cost and time effective volumetric modular solutions that meet their clients needs.

The Role:

As Technical Manager you will be responsible for providing technical support and information to relevant stakeholders internal and external to the business. 

You will be reviewing design development processes, managing and overseeing external consultants and suppliers in order to deliver designs that are compliant with necessary building regulations and accreditations.

You will have the ability to manage the design team, whilst coordinating the pre-construction and engineering functions within residential developments.

About you:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Technical Manager within the Housebuilding or modular housing sector

Degree in Architecture or Engineering

Strong understanding of NHBC guidelines

Understanding of BOPAS highly desirable

Knowledge of Riba Stages 1-8

Confident user of AutoCAD / Revit

Self-starter with strong communication skills

Previous management experience
